Cd Ripper Software

CD ripper software will open up an entirely new
way of how you listen to music. With the use of
CD ripping software, you can take audio tracks
from a CD and them into audio files for use on
your computer. You can save them as WAV, MP3, OGG,
or WMA audio files. The term "ripping" is the
term used to describe this very process.

There are advanced CD ripper software as well,
which allows you to convert back and forth between
these formats. You can also get software that
can record vinyl LPs and cassettes to create those
same audio files for your computer.

You can get a variety of ripper software programs
online by searching the internet. Most software
is user friendly and offers you a variety of
options. You should however, do some searching
and comparing before you decide which CD ripper
program is best for your needs.

Each type of CD ripper software will offer it's
own style and interface. You should always make
sure the CD ripper software you choose is easy
to use and easy to understand. It doesn't matter
how good the software is - if you can't use it.

When you explore the options of CD ripper software,
make sure you also check the software's editing
abilities. With most programs, you can select
the output format for the music. This will
include the bitrate, channels, and even the
frequency.

Quality ripper programs will also tag the
encoded audio files with medadata, which will
contain information about the artist, song title,
track number, and even the album title. This
will automatically be input for the file.

Another great feature with some ripper programs
is the ability to delete the silence at the
beginning or end of song tracks. Some programs
will even give you the ability to edit the
songs themselves, giving you full control of
the sound provided by your files.

For those who enjoy to listen to their music
from a CD, a CD ripper can aso be used to
select your favorite songs and create a mixed
CD. Some rippers will even let you rip audio
tracks directly from a CD then burn them to a
new CD - without having to save them as a new
audio file.

With millions of people ripping CDs these days,
CD ripping is the wave of the future. You no
longer have to keep your music on your computer,
as you can rip them to a CD or even put them
in your favorite MP3 player and take the music
with you - wherever you go.

Benefits Of Cd Duplication

The process of CD duplication is the means of making
several copies of CDs of various types without
doing a replication of many. The term is used to
describe the need and use of short run quantity
copying of various types of CDs. Most CD
duplication is done for quantities under 500.

The value and quality of the duplicate is high,
with the sound quality being very good and matching
the quality of the original. There are many benefits
to CD duplication, including:
1. Its less expensive to do CD duplication
than it is to do a full replication, especially when
the demands are much lower.
2. In most cases, during a replication there
will be a minimum amount that is actually more than
needed. By using CD duplication, you can actually
eliminate this extra replication.
3. Believe it or not, it can actually be
much faster to use CD duplication than a full CD
replication run.

There are other things that can cause you to take a
second look as well. With most cases, CD duplication
will cost more per CD than that of a full run
replication. In the long run however, this may still
be much lower. Not all will look like the original
either, as some will have blue or even black
burn marks on them that make them appear to be
duplicates.

CD duplication, never the less, is a widely used
system of replicating CD's in a very effective and
timely manner. The technology is always improving
as well, so you can look for updates in the quality
of CD duplication systems as well - which is great
news for those who enjoy CD duplication.

Popular & General Use Bit Torrent Websites

OK so you have read my earlier post about torrent's and got yourself familiar with torrent clients, trackers and general use of bit torrent it's self. I am now going to list a some useful torrent sites, some may require registration some may not but others may also require registration plus an invite from a respected user of that torrent community.

First off i will start with Torrentspy if you have not heard of Torrentspy then where have you been for the last 3 years lol. Torrentspy does not require you to register although you can do if you want to post comments to the torrents published there. Torrentspy do not run their own tracker or host the .torrent files on their servers they just provide a search feature and allow members to post torrents off other publicly used trackers.

Many people seem to like mininova thus being another public torrent indexing site, you have to be careful when using these public torrent indexing sites as they have been known for people seeding viruses, torjans and other forms of malicious software. Mininova has quite a wide variety of stuff which is easily accessible.

Next on my list is RevoTT aka RevolutionTT. This is one of the more wider known and well established torrent community's and has everything you could want on offer. To gain access to this site you need to be invited by another member.

Another good private torrent community is Torrent Damage, this is one of the more wider known but harder to get in torrent community's although they do often open registration most of the time you are required to be invited by an established member of the community.

Basic Guide To Bit Torrent

To download files using the Bit Torrent protocol you will need a Client, there are many many different Bit Torrent Clients out there which you can decide on which one to use yourself. My preferred Bit Torrent Client is Utorrent it's lightweight, does not hog system resources like other Bit Torrent Clients do and has a clean user friendly interface. See figure 1.a below for a screenshot of Utorrent.

figure 1.a

Now we have a torrent client lets talk about torrent trackers and what they do. A torrent tracker handles the connections for such torrent files that are stored on the trackers server, when you connect to a tracker from a torrent file you do not download the files from the server you download the files from people who have those files saved onto their computer, the process of people sending you files is called seeding (they are seeding the files to you, also called uploading). The whole point of BitTorrent is to seed (upload) as much as you download.

Sharing of files through BitTorrent uses minimum bandwidth as all data tasnferred is done so via p2p (peer-to-peer) meaning it does not use the servers bandwidth but uses the bandwidth of the people connected to the tracker via a certain torrent.

Burning A DVD Video In Nero

After the last tutorial you will need to know how to burn the files you ended up with, so thats exactly what you are going to learn in this tutorial.

You will need the Nero Burning Rom software, you can download a free trial version from HERE , you will also need a blanc DVD disc (DVD+R or DVD-R depending on your writer).

Now lets get started, first off open Nero (double click the dekstop icon) once you have Nero open you will be presented with a window as shown in figure 1.a

figure 1.a

What you should have slected is DVD in the drop down box and DVD-Video as circled in fingure 1.a above, once you have done the above then you now need to click New and you will then be presented with a new window. (see figure 1.b)

figure 1.b

As you can see in the above image i have navigated to the movie folder were the DVD files were saved from WinAVI and all i have done is drag over the contents of the Video_TS folder to the Video_TS folder in Nero, ignore the Audio_TS folder as we dont need to bother with this and it is an empty folder anyway. Now burn the DVD.

Thats all you need to do burn the movies you convert with WinAVI, simple huh :)

Converting Xvid & DivX Movies Using WinAVI

Ok, in this tutorial you will learn how you can quickly and efficiently convert your .avi movies into dvd format ready to play on your household dvd player.

You will need the WinAVI software which you can download a free trial version from HERE, you will also need an .avi movie file you want to convert and about 40 minutes of your time.

First off you need to open the WinAVI software, do so by double clicking the icon on your desktop. Next you need to select the round DVD button in the WinAVI menu screen (see figure 1.a)

figure 1.a

Once you have selected the DVD button as shown above, you will then be asked to choose the file you want to convert. Locate the .avi file on your hard drive and click it once then click the open button.

The next screen is fairly straight forward (see figure 1.b below). In the top box it shows the source to be converted (the .avi file you chose before), the output directory (where you want to save the converted files too), and last but not least the file output format which we already decided on at the start of this tutorial and that was DVD, so now were all set click on the OK button to start the conversion.

figure 1.b

Now we have the .avi being converted, all we can do is sit back and wait for the video to finish converting. It usually takes about 35-45 minutes, thus depending on on the speed of your processor. See figure 1.b1 below to see what the conversion screen looks like.

figure 1.b1

Thankyou for reading my tutorial, the next scheduled tutorial will involve burning the outputted files you got from this tutorial.
